Alpine Slide at Snow King Mountain — Attraction in Jackson

worst ever purchased all day ticket and was awful over 3 hours to ride 2 times. much of their equipment was broken and was a awful experience. They said they didn’t know they were going to have problems. i told them we didn’t either but they should take responsibility for it. Their own employees said that it was 1970s equipment and 90% of it didn’t work! here is a picture of all the broken carts only 10 were barely working . they do not care about anything except selling tickets! The person in the ticket manager said you still got two hours left so that means we can get a total of three rides in five hours which would be way cheaper if you wanted to go through all that to buy tickets. they should’ve done the right thing and told us that selling us something that cost twice as much and get half the value of their equipment.

I would be fine paying for something but when it cost $120 a band for all day. Can’t get more than three rides that is beyond unfair and definitely unreasonable for them stuff isn’t working they should tell people to buy tickets and it’s gonna be late. ...

Buyer beware ! This was awful. An hour and a half wait and run out of time before using value of the all day pass that they sold us knowing their stuff wasn’t working. They said they can’t control that. But employee that’s working said that 90% of their equipment or sleds are broke and they only have 10 that’s mostly working. it would cost half the money if we would about tickets instead of all day passes and we wouldn’t have been here for six hours to ride three rides. everything has been great and Jackson Hole but this has been awful! ...

Shannon, Emma, and Addy were amazing hosts on our zip line experience! All were very knowledge in the fun and I personally felt very safe on the entire experience. Once we were through the demo the fun began! Not only did they pay very well attention to the entire the group and the safety of that group, but they also made it very fun!

I definitely recommend going to this spot and take it all in as it just jaw dropping and the staff at snow king were amazing.
