To start i’ve literally never given a 1 star (if i could give 0 stars i would), but the way the employees acted was unbelievable. The coaster broke down, now i understand they can’t control that and wouldn’t rate it bad for that, it’s what came after. We were sitting at the top of the ride for 30+ minutes in 90 degree weather. They finally came and got us and we had to walk down from the very top of the ride. This whole process was over an hour. We went to get a refund from guest services and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was rolling her eyes at us and being very snippy and then said it sucks for us that we got stuck and we should just be grateful we are getting a refund. They would not give us a free ride or any other form of compensation for what happened. Terrible experience and extremely rude customer service. Not only that the people behind us said multiple of the other rides broke down on them that day and same thing (one ride they were stuck on for over 3 hours, plus this one for 1+ hour and another one for over an hour) , they wouldnt do anything for them either. Overall could not believe how rude the guest service...
Read moreThis is a good mountain coaster! It has a fun layout and has decent length. You start by taking multiple lift hills to the top of the hill. If you look behind you, you'll have a beautiful view of Jackson and the Tetons. This ride tracks really smoothly but it can feel janky which makes these mountain coasters fun. The coaster has one crazy drop in the middle of the ride that will catch you off guard. It is sizable and has good laterals. The rest of the ride has lots of helices which don't offer a ton of force. There is just too much auto breaking on the ride to really feel crazy other than that one drop. If those breaks weren't there this would be a truly wild ride. And at 25 dollars for 1 ride, it is really hard to justify the price. I can't give it 5 stars because of the auto brakes and the price, but you should check it out if you want to. For the enthusiasts like me this is the only coaster in Wyoming so it is a cool...
Read moreOk, I made a last minute decision to do this since I was staying at the resort... It's "all you can ride" for a one hour period. I bought my ticket at 6:03 so I had 57 minutes because they closed at 7 pm. I was the ONLY person riding this evening and was able to complete seven separate rounds during my time slot.... Now, I cannot stress this enough, I had the most EXCITINGLY fun experience which was so unexpected and thrilling. I felt like a kid again and cannot even remember the last time I felt that way. The guys working at the coaster were super friendly, helpful, and the ride itself was full of ups, downs, twists, and sharp, unexpected turns that got the adrenaline and excitement pumping (so much so, several unsolicited squeals forced their way out of my mouth). In addition to the ride itself, the views over Jackson Hole and across to the mountains were stunning. I cannot recommend this enough. It was...
