KÜHL Jackson Hole — Local services in Jackson

My family and I are locals and have lived in Jackson for 18 years. We have enjoyed the KUHL brand for many years, always shopping online until we finally got a store on town square! My husband visits there more than myself but last time I was there I was overwhelmed with kindness from the store mgr. Gerardo (who was on loan from the CA store) and a really sweet staff member, Sylvie, who were both so kind to help me with sizes for gift shopping. They were almost ready to close when I came in that time, but they didn't make me feel rushed. They were so kind and accommodating, making me feel valued as a customer! My husband and I own a retail store in Jackson (WOLF auto dealership) and we recognize / appreciate great customer service. We notice when someone has a spirit of excellence and not just there to earn their hours on a paycheck. Thank-you Gerardo & Sylvie! We will be back over & over...

I stopped in to the store in Jackson in mid November. I had never seen a Kuhl store. I have a couple Kuhl items and like their hot ryder pants and thought I'd maybe pick up another pair. I also wanted to learn more about the brand, Kuhl pants seem to be sort of all over the place...many different designs and fabrics.

I was the only customer in the store and despite there being about a half dozen clerks in the store, none of them could be arsed to greet me or ask me if I was looking for something particular or even comment on the weather (super warm). I felt like I was annoying them.

Sooo, I was prepared to pick up a new pair of hot ryders for myself and a pair for my son and maybe throw in a sweater or two.

I guess I'll order some Truewerks online. They are cheaper and at least I am not certain that their brand is super stuck up.

Had a great experience at the Jackson Hole Kühl! Jacob dropped what he was working on when he saw me walk in. Was overly patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I even sent him to the back to look for sizes. Ended up buying two items in store, and Jake made sure two arrived at my home before I got back from vacation! I love the Kühl clothing and the Kühl people (especially Jacob)! I wear their pants or...
