Champs Sports — Local services in Jersey City

So I was looking at shoes with my brother. We were looking at the roshe ones and they didn't have the color he wanted. A light blue roshe ones that we saw the day before on the champs site. So I told my brother that we should go check in foot locker and we went out and one of the guys that work there on the door (African American) followed us and asked what my brothers had in his hands and obviously he didn't have anything. And I asked him what's wrong? And he said that he saw us looking at shoes. So I told him ok and? Like obviously that's what you do in a shoe store. You look at shoes. And then he pointed at my brother hands and he didn't have anything. Like how can u hide one pair of shoes on your hands? We never asked for shoes, we were just looking around and I guess he thought that we were stealing one shoe. Like what are we going to do with one shoe. So in addition to that after seeing that my brothers didn't have anything and failing at his only job he told us and I quote "oh ight" with an attitude like sort of saying oh ok you better not have anything which was so disrespectful as a customer. Not only he failed at he's job because he is supposed to look at people before they leave the store, not after, but he was so disrespectful and rude us the customer. I'm Hispanic and I forgot to mention that I told him when he stopped us that I have money to pay if I wanted shoes. And after going to foot locker I came back to the store and bought a pair of black roshe ones to show him that I had money and that we don't steal. So disappointed of the customer service in this store and I'm definitely never going back to shop here. Maybe they do this because they have a lot of missing shoes but maybe they should not blame the customers that just go look at shoes, maybe they should pay attention at their employees and what they do on the back when they are by themselves when clocking out. Just and advice I give from things I've seen and know. And if anyone goes shopping here make sure you walk out with your hands up or else they will think that your are stealing....

So me and my wife were shopping for Christmas gifts so we went to kids foot locker and we found these nice all black Nike roshes that we’re on sale for $49.99 the lady was so nice and told us that they currently didn’t have any on stock for the size we were looking for and told us that we should check Champs Sports that they would price match it for us that to take a picture of it and just show it to them when we arrive, once arriving to the store my wife was trying to see if they had the size she was looking for and she did so a young lady took care of us at the time and when paying we told her that we wanted to price match the item and that we had a picture so she called her manager. That manager had a very bad attitude once she came out, the young lady was explaining to her manager that we took a picture and her response was that’s not valid they could have put that sale tag themselves at that moment my wife was offended... we were about to walk out but we needed that shoes for a gift so she finally looked it up on the kids foot locker site and told us next that next time we need to show the size in order to get that price match.
