What an awful store. I bought 2 $38 dollar hats as gifts at 730 pm on August 14th. The lady rung me up and never once mentioned their return policy. I went to return them 20 minute later because I found the product I was originally looking for elsewhere. I approached the three employees huddled together and asked if I could please return the hats I had just bought. She informed me that they only give back store credit or exchanges. I asked since she never stated their return policy and I had just bought them 20 minutes ago if she could make an exception. She responded “it’s not our fault you didn’t read your receipt”. Even if I did read my receipt the transaction had already occurred? If you are a retail store in a mall in New Jersey and you don’t accept returns it is you obligation to inform your customers of your policy BEFORE they purchase anything. I will write to the companies management asking for...

Don't buy in this store, their policies suck! Who does no refund only store credit when you don't have the item in stock in the proper size? No promise to order in the size for the money spent!
