Absolutely had the best experience as a first time customer with Barkev's! Searched forever to find the perfect two tone upgrade wedding ring when I stumbled across this site. Not only were the rings Absolutely beautiful but the prices were also great. Customer service was definitely on point as well. Will 10000% be a customer for life. Couldn't be anymore happier with my purchase and the outcome of my forever wedding ring!!! Adding to this review on Dec, 1st 2023....this second part of my review is the most important part. I'll try to keep this as short as possible but this is very important. I only had my ring for 6 months when I took my ring into a local jewelry store to get the stone tightened since I had hit it a couple times and it got loose. After getting my ring back I had begun to realize that the local jewelry store had complete damaged my ring. Like really did a number of it. My ring was two toned white and yellow gold and a lot of the yellow gold was removed. Looked like it was buffed off. A simple stone tightening ruined my ring. I contacted Barkevs and Barry called me. Told me to send my ring into him so he could look at it. Once he received the ring we talked again on the phone. Barry seen how my ring was no longer perfect and he told me he was going to make me another ring free of charge. He literally made me cry on the phone with him. I was so shocked but so appreciative of his kind gesture and how he wanted me to love my ring as I had when it was first made. Once my ring was remade i received it in only a couple short weeks ans called Barry back letting him know my new ring was perfect again like my original was. I will never take my ring to anyone ever again if there is any issues or if it needs cleaned or anything else. Barkevs made my ring and stand by keeping it looking as it did the day it arrived. I am forever grateful to Barry and his team at Barkevs jewelry store and will never go to any other jewelry store besides Barkevs again. In the near future I'm going to call my friend Barry and actually have him make me a wedding band so I don't have to worry about hitting my stone on my machines at work again. Short version for busy people: Barkev's is a trust-worthy company with great customer service and trendy, eye-catching jewelry designs at affordable prices.

Long version for the people who like details: When looking for an engagement ring, you should match the ring to your lady's style and personality. My fiance (now wife) is beautiful, classy, trendy, different, and expensive. (Just joking about the expensive part.) It is hard to find the rest of those criteria all in one ring though. That is why I chose Barkev's.

I looked around a long time before discovering Barkev's. All the other rings were too plain, too old-timey, or cheap looking. Just compare the pictures you see online. You will see what I mean.

The engagement ring from Barkev's turned out amazing. My wife loved it. All her friends and family loved it as well. I bought her wedding ring from Barkev's as well. Just as amazing.

Other than the high quality of the products, Barkev's has had excellent customer service ever since the first time I spoke with them. When my wife needed her ring resized, we sent it back to Barkev's to do it. That is because they can be trusted. (You should be careful with some other companies. They may swap your diamond to a lesser grade, and you likely would not even know. Just FYI.)

Years later, my wife's engagement ring was stolen while on vacation. When I told Barkev's about it, they provided me a discount on the new ring without me asking.

Barkev's is about the only companies that feel highly enough about to take time to write a long review. If I ever write a review, the company is either amazing or horrible. Barkev's obviously being the former.

In searching for the absolute perfect ring for my now fiancé, I went through dozens and dozens of sites. I also visited a few brick-and-mortar stores with my gf, as she initially had no idea what shape or design she wanted. She didn’t even know her ring size. You can tell these guys are pros, and have been doing this a long time. Not once did I feel pressured, and instead, felt like I had a friend helping me through one of the most exciting and stressful times of my life. I wanted to make sure my fiancé would be thrilled with the final outcome. They helped me choose the right stone, giving his opinion but never being pushy. The final outcome was better than I could imagine. I could not wait to give it to my now fiancée. On the day of the proposal, she could not stop staring at her ring in awe.
