The worst experience, they are money hungry and greedy! Then the way they talk to the raza and older people is rude and disrespectful, Mario once told an older women that was shopping around comparing prices "usa tu cabeza no tienes un celebro?" I looked at him disgusted and angry that his eyes widened up guess he didn't know I understood Spanish that then he started being fake nice to the lady. Also with the greed part, they will give you one price and promise you 6 months to pay off, I returned less than a month to pay off item with 5 months remaining still, and he raised the price significantly!!! saying "price of gold went up" "tariffs" etc. it's ridiculous how fake nice he was to me when I was choosing my item and towards the end how he started treating me like a bad guy yelling at me, and speaking a foreign language towards me which I did not understand most likely not nice words lol, bad place I'd stay away, hundreds and hundreds of more jewelers in the jewelry district and diamond district to shop from....

I have been buying jewelry from this family owned business for almost 15 years. I negotiate with them and they give me fair prices and good deals. I highly recommend this place for all of your jewelry needs and they also do custom orders. Mario and Mike are about business, before you purchase and say something negative do your research on gold, prices, and if needed bring your testing kit and you can see for yourself what you are buying. I will continue to do business with them for years to come. Their parents are great people and are super respectful to me and my family eveytime we come to purchase. I strongly advise against purchasing from this jewelry store. A few weeks ago, I purchased a gold chain from “Mike”, one of the owners, who pressured me into the sale at 14k gold price. He promised that I could return for the piece I truly wanted plus $1000 he would honor the price. However, when I attempted to redeem this offer, he came up with numerous excuses and had me waiting around “trying to find the chain”. His brother then resorted to insults and ultimately kicked us out because I called them out for not being honest. There are numerous other stores in the area eager for your business, so please steer clear of this place, which thrives on lies and deception. Save yourself the trouble and choose another...
