Pros: Parking garage is central to events and attractions at Hollywood and Vine. First level is secure and monitored. They have personnel walking the garage at night. Cleaning Staff at least make an effort to clean the stairwells each morning.

Cons: Management is unfriendly and unhelpful in my experience. I’ve been parking here for a year but they treat me like they don’t even know who I am. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but every time I have an issue or question, they act as if I’m putting them at an inconvenience. It’s also difficult to understand what they’re saying.

Rooftop levels are not policed. Junkies and homeless people can be found in the stairwells blocking the exit doors. They also pee in the stairwells.

Monthly parking is a rip off. This is why I’m giving this place such a poor rating. You’re paying $150/month but it’s not for the entire month, there’s a cutoff period a couple of weeks ahead of time. If you park within the month you paid without paying for the next cycle, they’ll charge you.

Summary: If you’re a guest / tourist who needs a place to park for an event, you’re in luck. But don’t do monthly parking. I park here out of necessity because there isn’t street parking available where I live. I’m assuming most customers are parking for events anyways. One of the paying machines didn’t give my ticket back after i put my credit card. I pushed the receipt button and it told me to pay $13. I put my credit card again and it didnt only charge me, it still didn’t give the ticket back. I explained to the teller what happened and he said because my credit card bank says “pending”, he would have to charge me again because apparently “pending” means the payment didn’t go through. It’s the best it can be for Hollywood. As you walk out of the garage, there is a lot of nostalgia around, good restaurants, famous stars on the Hollywood walk of fame. It is close to the Pantages Theater and the Palladium, plus iconic bars and Amoeba Music. It’s a good price for parking and is reliable for events. Never had a problem and the staff is friendly.
