Awful. The venue next door Montablan theatre got out and instead of having two exits open, they had two people working one exit resulting in an hour and half wait to get out of the parking structure. They also did not inform anyone or cone off the exit on Vine so several people made the mistake of going to exit in that direction only to have to go through the entire structure again to use the other exit. Not only that but the elevators were not working resulting in several disabled & wheelchair bound patrons being stuck on the bottom floor which meant that anyone who drove them had to go to the bottom with their car to get them and go back up through the structure again in a huge line to get out the only exit. Towards the end of our one hour and a half wait to get out of the structure, the parking attendants ended up opening the gate (we were literally 4th in line to exit ) and just started letting people through because they themselves said “you all have been in here too long!”. I will never park there again and I would warn anyone against it! Especially if you have someone with you who has a...
Read moreOn 8/23/25 I attended a YungBlud concert at the Palladium and wanted to park somewhere close by. This place had bad reviews that I don't see fair at all given my experience I had a very nice and positive experience. I pulled right in, found a spot on the first level and left my car. The pay stations are easy to find and payment can also be done as exiting the garage with your credit card. The signs are clear about the times and costs. As I went to the garage after the show there was a young man there answering some questions from 2 other ladies and confirmed I can pay at the gate on the way out. As I pulled up to exit the garage he was very nice and assisted to me with taking the ticket and payment. I paid $18 which was a lot cheaper than the Palladium. Go ahead and park there and leave some positive reviews this...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely dreadful. Found a machine that works and paid for our ticket. Got to the barrier and it wouldn't open. The attendant was adamant we hadn't paid, asked for a receipt even though the pay machine doesn't print one. I showed him my phone with proof on the banking app, which shows location, he kept saying 'you owe $10' he wasn't going to let us leave until my partner threatened to ring the police for theft. At this point he opened the barrier. I think they're trying to scam tourists. If you do use don't use the pay machine, just pay...
