Very disappointed with the service I have received today. I came to this location because of the many positive reviews I read about them. The service I received today was incredibly poor. I had booked an appointment for 11:45 am today. I arrived on time. I am very understanding if I have to wait another 5-10 minutes to be seen even if I have an appointment booked. The girl made me wait 30 minutes to get my prints done today and it wasnāt busy at all. There was literally only one person before me. Not sure if that person was a walk in that she accepted before my appointment or if she simply has poor time management. Whatās more frustrating about this whole experience is on their website it states that their appointment donāt take more than 15 minutes, to show customers their fast and reliable service. She came out and apologized for the wait but she still had me wait 15 more minutes. I wouldnāt have bothered with this review if the payment issue hadnāt occurred. PAYMENT ISSUE: I called beforehand so she can give me a rundown of how my Iād have to pay to get live scan prints for DOJ and FBI, she told me that thereās a $25 processing fee for their business and $49 for the DOJ and FBI. When it is time for me to pay she tells me the total is $92 if I am paying with a card. I ask her why if I spoke to her earlier and she told me it would be $74 total for everything. She said it wouldāve been $74 if I was just doing the DOJ scans, and I told her again that I mentioned on the phone I needed both DOJ and FBI. She brushed it off and said āIām sorry I guess I didnāt hear that part.ā I ended up using the 10% off discount on the Yelp page because I refused to pay a price I wasnāt made aware of, especially when I was given a different price over the phone. I paid, and I asked to get a receipt printed. She said they only do email or text receipts. I asked for an email receipt, she said she sent it. I wait a few minutes and I donāt get anything she said she sent it again. I wait more and I donāt get anything, all Iāve gotten so far is a text alert that the payment for the fingerprints went through. She said āokay will it might take 10 minutesā. While I write this review, it has been 20 minutes and I still donāt have an email receipt. Now I have to call back and get a receipt. Iām very disappointed.
