This place is prejudice and racist. The bouncers wouldnāt let me in with knit black Nike shorts and a red polo shirt for the Fourth of July. Meanwhile other patrons had on the same gear or even less with tank tops, basketball shorts, and jerseys. I told the bouncers I knew people in the establishment that I was supposed to meet with and I will let them know I wonāt be able to get in the bar, please let me tell them and the bouncers had the nerve to tell me ātext themā. The joke was on the bouncers, I had my friends tell management about the issue and they were able to let me in due to the connection.
The bouncer service was rude, racist, and prejudice. You want to know why people donāt want to come downtown to Milwaukee this is the reason why. I kept telling them this is Milwaukee why do you have a problem with what Iām wearing? Iām going to spend money in an establishment thatās essentially a dive bar downtown with barely any customers outside of the people Iām meeting with. In the future please donāt scoff at potential customers and disrespect potential customers. Meanwhile the two bouncers had on the same color shirt and fabric shorts I had on while flirting with women at the door.
How is Lucky Clover going to enforce a dress code policy when their bouncers have on chains? Next time explain why you canāt let someone in the establishment instead of being rude and condescending. You donāt know who someone is, who they are meeting with, and how much they will spend. Please learn customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is my second time here because I felt I needed to give it more than one chance. What I will say is thisā¦.the bartenders seemed happy, energetic, and willing to serve anyone. Hereās my thingā¦my husband and I went for a drink on Memorial Day weekend thinking it would be a fun time. When we got there, a customer was clearly being over served. He was yelling and using inappropriate language. He took off his shirt and said things like, āIām good, itās fine. They are all āretarded.ā Myself and many patrons felt uncomfortable. The bartender was young but it was on her to stop this behavior. Unfortunately that didnāt happen and myself and the other patrons proceeded to hear about how this person was āsmartā about everything he did. It was a sucky experience and, unfortunately, up to the young bartender to stop this man. Instead, she seemed to know him and be intimidated by his behavior. I will not come back to this bar. My first experience was also bad, but this takes the...
