Great company and amazing customer service. I had ordered a batch of sausages after quite a bit of consideration and hesitation, however, Usinger’s is a company I’d gladly do business with again. I hadn’t received shipping notification yet, but my order arrived at my door, I was thrilled at the speed. Unfortunately, it was delivered warm (not Usinger’s fault). Brian immediately reached out without requiring me to notify them, they explained there was a mistake in pallet pickup by their shipper, but outlined specific instructions, as well as sharing that they were going to work very hard to get a fresh order shipped out the following week. They had my order to me in a matter of days (very nicely packed in a styrofoam lined box with dry ice), just extraordinary, from Wisconsin to Virginia. When I did have questions, Brian not only answered those questions, but also offered additional information very promptly.

The values and customer service that this company showed in my single transaction, first experience is something we RARELY see today n today’s marketplace. I cannot wait to enjoy the sausages with my family.

The 'Entertainer' gift boxes that I sent my spouse and a business client both arrived today. My husband (Suzan's writing this) just opened his and I've already heard from the business client. First of all, we thought the box was bottomless because my spouse just kept reaching in and taking more things out. We were blown away by the sheer quantity of products in the box. Then we tried several items and were shocked at how delicious they were and how very high the quality is. I've lived in Europe and this sausage is easily as good as what I ate there.

My business client was completely unprepared for their gift; because it's such a different type of business gift. They've already started eating it and can't decide whether to wait and enjoy it at their party or just sample it for weeks. They were totally pleased.

I also have to mention that I received excellent customer service. Both when making the order and when I inquired about the specific delivery date.

My sister has bought my wife and I number 25 for the last 4 years. This time they shorted us a package of Hickory stick sent out Stone ground mustard instead of the East shore mustard. Send us a Italian salami, which is horrible and the. Cheese Cheese, the covers were bursting out, which means they were in the heat for too long. So we couldn't eat the cheese. We live in Arizona. So everything arrived warm. Spoke with customer service and got 2 different answers regarding the cheese. 1 person said they can't send it out. They transferred me to a supervisor the supervisor said they can't send it out, but they don't like to because they have boxes that are too big and they're afraid that the packaging for the cheese will come apart.
