We paid for parking using the online payment system and were charged twice ($53.08 x2) for a single session on May 27, 2025. Despite this, we returned to our vehicle to find a parking warning notice claiming we hadn't paid.
We immediately contacted Towne Park via email with full documentation — including credit card statements and a photo of the warning — and requested both a refund and the removal of the warning. No one responded. We followed up and still received no reply, and no call back either. Completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when we got back to our truck, we found the tailgate wide open, suggesting someone may have attempted to break in. There was no Towne Park staff in sight to report this to, and the overall situation left us feeling ignored.
Between being overcharged, ignored, and left in a vulnerable situation, we strongly recommend avoiding any Towne Park-managed lots if you value your time, money,...
