7-Eleven — Local services in New York

I live in a building nearby and frequent this store often . I get great customer service from the associates who appear to be hired and horrible service from what appear to be the franchise owners family members . The never give the receipt nor will they honor promotional deals if the register doesn’t ring it up (the sign says one thing, the register rings up another price but the sales associate won’t take a second to come from behind the counter and verify) . I bought a lunchable that was dusty and warm even though it was in the fridge and the cheese was melted . I broke a $100 bill and the associates who I believe to be the owners family member threw the receipt away and didn’t even count out my money to me . Also there is a female there who acts like she can be bothered (another family member) . Since they never give receipts you can’t verify if you were indeed charged correctly I asked her a question about the price and she walked to another register and totally ignored me . It’s ok . Your nasty attitude won’t get you far in life hence the fact you are cashiers . I feel bad because the owner who is either your father or uncle hires you and you bring the business down with your ungrateful attitude . NOT 24 HOURS

Actual hours: 8AM-Midnight

This business actively lies about its hours for some odd reason. I thought maybe it was just a mistake of not updating the shortened pandemic hours so I suggested the update to reflect reality (with proof of the chained door and lights-out interior) but for some reason the owner quickly changed it back to 24 hours the next morning (even though it’s still closed midnight-8am)

Okay place to pick up items, which you need now. They are open 24 hours a day. They always have coffee and drinks. The pastries and muffins are usually good, especially in the morning. This is a convenience store. Prices are usually on the expensive side, but if you need an item in the middle of the night, and you are in the neighborhood. Then this is the place to go. The...
