I was hesitant in the beginning when I first attempted to reach out to APS in Great Neck, but the abundance of positive reviews of Dr. Kevin Tehrani's reconstruction surgeries, specifically with rhinoplasty, made me confident that this surgeon would be the right fit, for me. This was going to be a correction on the exterior appearance of a previous nose job I had completed by another surgeon. I had a very large bulb at the tip of my nose, including a very wide set nose, which was the outcome of another surgeon. The initial consultation appointment/scheduling was all over the place, I was rescheduled twice by the office and once because I wasn't able to keep their appointment. Nonetheless, the process moved rather quickly after my consult. and after a few weeks I was in surgery, ready to rock n' roll. Desperately wanting this revision and wanting the outcome that I've desired for years, and Dr. Tehrani being on board with what I've wanted, I never once hesitated. Maybe I should have been a little wiser, due to my negligence I now have a nose that looks exactly the same as the day I entered his office, still wide with a heavy bulb at the tip, now to add the fact that both air valves (right and left) are so miniscule, that one has been deemed collapsed. I have terrible problems breathing. I wake up choking in the middle of the night, causing me anxiety, stress, and no sleep. I constantly get comments of an arched line that has now formed at the top of my nose bridge, just below my brow line. My follow up appointment with Kevin Tehrani were always "It takes time for a nose to settle"; "Don't worry, the swelling with come down"; by month #6, post-op, I should begin seeing something, but now, as of my last evaluation, completed at the end of May 2022, I have to complete the surgery all over again, but this time he is willing to go through my insurance and collect $26k. After I have already paid $14k+ out of pocket for my initial surgery with him. As far as I remember, and as per my medical records stated, I inquired about going through my insurance due to this surgery being a revision of a deviated septum. "No", was my response by the office and doctor. It's a cosmetic procedure, with no breathing issues, etc. Okay. So how is it possible now? Instead of admitting his faults, and stating that he didn't do the job to the best of his ability, he rather hide behind his staff and simply come up with thousands of excuses. I would not allow myself to have Dr. Tehrani have a 2nd attempt. There shouldn't be a 2nd attempt. A nose is not something that can be covered up and ignored. Recovery was terrible the first round, and I can only imagine the disappointment I will feel once again. Once you have lost respect and the ability to believe his dishonest ways, it's difficult to trust again. Please don't be foolish, as I was. Do your due diligence when selecting your surgeon. Don't believe reviews. Consult with many surgeons prior to making your final decision. Surgeons see us as cattle, once you've entered their office its $ they see. Rarely do they care of the aftermath they've caused the patients such as depression or not being able to function because they have left you more damaged then once youve first entered their door. Would...

The NYC office is an absolutely stunning duplex with the highest-quality features, offering an expansive terrace with unobstructed views of the sky and nestled around a picturesque waterfall, providing a tranquil oasis in the heart of midtown manhattan.
Dr. Tehrani is a confident, smart, honest, successful and straight-to-the point practitioner. He assuaged all of my anxiety by his compassionate demeanor, taking the time to answer all of my questions during consultation, pre-op and post-op. Notwithstanding his 18 years' dedication in practice and achievements of being a valued lecturer, educator and Chief Resident of plastic and reconstructive surgery, he is absolutely without pretense and makes you feel treasured.
Kristin Tennerello, who serves as a Patient Coordinator at the facility, is an essential gem to the practice, and without whom, I would be lost and arguably would not have committed to the procedures I recently underwent. Naturally, for people without the financial wherewithal to undergo extensive plastic surgery at whim, Kristin truly made my dreams a reality: this included offering me a financing program at 0% APR for a term that worked best for me; providing me with multiple quotes of varying procedures so I could see all available options to make a reasoned decision; and managing my expectations through highly informed and detailed discussions and presenting me with relevant before-and-after pictures, showcasing Dr. Tehrani's mastery. Beyond the initial consultation, working out the financials, managing my pre on post-op care, and setting my appointments, she availed herself to me when I was scared to undergo a COVID nasal swab for the first time and when I called for her after being woken from the anesthesia on the day of my surgery. Kristin, in my opinion, is the strongest asset to Dr. Tehrani's practice.
Carla Gomez, who serves as a Nurse at the facility, is very gentle and caring. In addition to administering my COVID test and preparing me for surgery, she tended to my bandages, compression garment, and cleaned all my wounds on my post-op appointment. She sensed that I was very scared and in pain, and before I left the office that day --I'll never forget--she gave me a warm hug which not only surprised me but made me feel better instantaneously.
Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics is truly an amazing facility with the most professional and warm staff. Dr. Tehrani's results are remarkable and unparalleled, and through this testimony, I verily affirm that his practice is the pinnacle of excellence and I highly recommend his practice for any and all of your cosmetic and...

I had a breast lift with implants and liposuction on my arms at Aristocrat Plastic Surgery, but the results were mixed. The office, operating room, and staff were personable ā Dr. Tehrani and his team were professional and caring, which is why I gave 3 stars.
The breast lift achieved the desired cleavage and size, but I'm disappointed with the scarring and asymmetrical areolas. The areolas are uneven in size and shape, and I've developed a skin irritation on one that's itchy, peeling, and slightly discolored. Additionally, I've noticed a tiny gap or separation along the edge of one areola, where it doesn't seem to be fully connected to the rest of the areola, which Dr. Tehrani had mentioned would improve with healing, but it hasn't. The scarring is also a significant concern ā deep and persistent despite using scar cream. Scarring is expected with any surgery; however, the scarring from the incision sites are deep and thick in color and texture.
Edited to add: The internal mesh bra that was inserted to keep the implants lifted and in place must have shifted in one of my breasts, because one breast sits slightly lower than the other at this time.
The liposuction on my upper arms didn't meet expectations either. The first week was extremely painful, and despite persistently wearing the garment, my arms still sag ā a disappointing outcome.
With plastic surgery being a highly skilled and precise field, in addition to the tens of thousands of dollars I spent, I anticipated an outcome close to perfection. While some aspects were positive, my overall experience fell short of...
