My family was switching from verizon to at&t and since they didn't live in New York, they shipped my phone. So when I went to the store with my new phone to activate it, I couldn't because I didn't have authority to activate it. I had to call the service provider, my mom, and my dad to authorize my number. I forgot my assistant's name but she was very informative and helped me understand the process transferring iphone data. However, I couldn't get my sim card activated.
In the end, the person on the phone informed me on what to do and that they would ship the sim card. A few weeks later, they call me and say I have to get a sim card in store
So I come back to this store second time. With Dennis's help I realized that my phone number wasn't registered to the plan somehow and I had a new phone number. He provided excellent service, listening to my mom over the phone while he put information on the link that would help. He would even call the people who could help, which was great because I was still confused to the whole thing as to why it wasn't working. I know it was his job but I apologized for the complicated situation but he was very understanding and said it was fine. He offered a cup of water and we had a nice conversation which helped my stress go down. Then after my mom was able to give me the at&t account information, Dennis solved the issue by registering my actual phone number and activating the sim card.
I have to say the service I got from this store was great and to all those reviews who say they waited for 15 minutes, I understand your situation but if you waited longer than 10 minutes, see if there's anyone available and go up to one of them and ask for help and they will help you.

Store representative Louidson C. ensured that my experience was positive; he checked on me during a lengthy customer care call that lasted nearly two hours, confirmed that I was comfortable, and assured me that there would be no additional wait. He also informed me when I was ready to proceed.
I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and Louidson C. assisted in setting up the device. Additionally, I acquired a new Apple Watch, and I consider myself fortunate to have obtained the last one in stock, given its high demand. He also helped me select accessories and other items.
The store manager approached me to express satisfaction with the service I received. I hold this location in high regard and intend to return whenever I am in the area. I highly recommend AT&T for its reliable services, which I find superior to those of T-Mobile and Verizon. I have been a customer of AT&T for nearly six years without a single issue. I urge potential customers to consider switching to AT&T, as the promotions, services, and customer support at this location are exceptional.
