Lot Stop Department — Local services in New York

I am furious. I bought two large number balloons from this store, each costing $10, to celebrate a birthday that meant a lot to me. I handled them with extreme care, only to find out once I got home that both were leaking air – from the valve on the side. This was not my fault. It was clearly a product defect.

Within hours, the balloons were completely deflated. My birthday surprise was ruined.

The next day, I went back to the store – not even to ask for a refund, just to kindly request a replacement. What did I get? I was insulted. They yelled at me, accused me of lying, and treated me like a criminal. For what? For asking them to take responsibility for a faulty product?

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Poor quality products and even worse customer service. I will never come back here, and I urge others to stay away. A store that can’t own up to its own mistakes and chooses to humiliate its customers doesn’t...

This store is like a Unicorn, a store in the middle of Manhattan with brand name items at very good prices. They have a wide select, from nuts, to clothes to kitchen goods, lotions, razor blades, AXE products, etc. I met the Store Manager Garish when he was dealing with a very rude customer. Garish stayed calm and dealt with the rude customer. I spoke to Garish and told him I worked in Customer Support for IT as a Manager and a Tech, and knew exactly how he felt.
