The staffs and the manager are extremely rude. Even though you called ahead/sent message ahead (as they listed in the instructions guide for monthly parking, so your car can be waiting for you), they would never bring out your car in advance (which they supposed to). You will have to talk to them in person, then stand there at wait for 10 minutes. If you are in a rush and trying to complain about their service, the manager will blame you for being late (I was late for 2 minutes) and literally be furious. The manager raised his voice and starts yelling at me. Rudest person I have ever met in my whole life. Uncontrollable behavior and anger out of nowhere. My original ticket was not honored, and the staff displayed a lack of professionalism by repeatedly suggesting that I seek a refund through the app. I strongly advise against using this parking facility as they engage in unfair pricing practices that are not justified.
