I have heard the best things about Isabelle McLeod so when I heard she was opening a location in New York I was so excited to visit! I had the most amazing facial here and I’m no stranger to these treatments. I’ve done everything from microdermabrasion, peels, medical grade laser treatments and micro-needling so my skin requires the expertise of a highly experienced aesthetician. I saw Maya for the refresh facial, and not only is she incredibly warm and welcoming, but her knowledge is truly impressive; you can 100% trust her with your skin. This was a full hour of pure bliss and when I tell you my skin was glowing when I got up! You always expect some sort of glow after a treatment like this but I've never seen my skin so luminous without the use of heavy-duty procedures.. The main elements of this facial were microdermabrasion and dermaplaning and although I've undergone these treatments numerous times, Maya's execution was on a whole other level. She showed so much attention to detail ensuring that every inch of my skin received the treatment it needed. Maya then took her to time with my extractions, (which I find most places rush) followed by an enzyme treatment and LED light therapy. I came in yesterday for a signature facial with Maya and LOVED my service. I've experienced many a signature facial but this service goes above and beyond anything I've experienced prior.

At the start, Maya was sure to understand if I wanted a quiet service or to chat through each step which I appreciated knowing some people want to talk and others want to zone out during a spa service. I requested Maya talk me through the products and each step, and it's clear she's an expert at her trade and on the spa product line. She's been an esthetician for nearly a decade and it shows - definitely book a treatment with Maya, your skin will thank you!

I have gotten facials all over the city and this place has me hooked for life. i opted for the signature 90 min facial and i can NOT emphasize this enough its a must have experience. first of all the space itself and building is stunning and so luxurious, and then my esthetician Sierra who had the kindest and most amazing bedside manner. she is so incredibly thoughtful and knowledgable from the steps to skincare and skin facts. i left knowing so much more about my skin and excited to treat my acne prone skin. her hands are magic!!
