Iâve bought both a Bentley and a Porsche hereâand the service has been uniformly awful. Each brand has its own assigned service point person, and if that person isnât available, youâre out of luck. No one else can help. Youâre simply told to wait for a callback.
My wife called a week ago for assistance. Nothing. She followed up with our salespersonâwhoâs consistently excellentâbut still no reply from service.
