Lamborghini Manhattan — Local services in New York

This place is a JOKE! My Brother in law, husband and myself spent a few hours in this place shopping for a particular model Porsche. We had an approved loan for full amount and then some plus cash on hand to reduce financing. We walked in with an already approved loan from BOA, had our bank speak with the salesman Chris and Anthony from accounting during our deal. I had BOA on the phone during the entire deal, emailed paperwork to all dealership parties and made sure all finances were in order. Once all the financials were in order we were told to come back the next day to sign and pick up our Porsche Macan. Not as smooth as that sounded! The next day we were told our loan was being investigated and we couldn’t close the deal. After speaking with 9 different ppl from BOA including the fraud dept. we were told we had a clean loan and to beware as the dealership may be creating a problem where there is no problem. And ,They may be doing all this so we can use their bank for financing! When we asked Anthony who did he speak to from BOA, Anthony told us that he could not reveal “the guy from BOA” that he deals with bc he’s a 3 rd party. We asked, why do we have a 3rd party when we’ve already been approved? Why would he tell you we’re being investigated when we offered to make the calls for you for clarification. Anthony continued saying there was a problem and that BOA told him not to release the car to us as there was some fraudulent activity going on. My husband and I continued to ask Anthony to let us speak to “ his guy” so we can resolve the matter and he continued refusing! I mean come on! Anyone who has BOA Fraud protection knows, BOA is air tight! They don’t play about their security and will email, text and do everything to protect their customers. I had not received so much as an email about fraud or anything Anthony claimed was going on with our loan. Bottom line is, if you don’t business with their bank… have cash or perhaps your the Wrong color.. business else where!! It’s quite sad that we wasted our time with this dealership but definitely learned from their BS! Thanks to my persistent husband, I got my Macan! Had one of their drivers throw a beverage at my vehicle today because I was sitting in traffic then had a bunch of vehicles illegally ride the shoulder to cut traffic but ultimately cause people like me more traffic. He then proceeded to drive by me and throw a beverage at my car, then followed with a 10 minute chase around 90mph while he was riding the shoulder. When I finally caught up to him and stopped his vehicle, I asked him to clean my car and I wouldn’t not contact police and his job. He told me to go kick rocks and took off.
