I really liked my first appointment with Autumn and the place was very clean. The lashes lasted long and remained pretty... however it was a different story when I had to use a different tech for a refill two weeks later... my lashes did not hold up and the very next day, the top lashes were turned the other way even with brushing them, they were falling off… and the bottom lashes completely fell out besides three to four clusters on each side. $50 just for the bottom lashes alone, all for it to fall off by the morning is just a bummer.. this picture was taken within twelve hours but after a day or two had passed, a few clusters fell out from the top too while the bottom lashes are just completely gone.. I sent pictures to them but I didn’t receive a response.. Personally, I always try to be polite, I don’t like writing this review because the staff is still incredibly nice.

There were three different techs who worked on this visit, one who did the top lashes, one who did the bottom lashes and halfway through someone else had to complete it and do adjustments. so i’m not quite sure whose work was messy.. I would go again but just choose Autumn next time. They’re all nice it just sucks there was so much fall out.. and it’s been about a month since my last visit because of this. At the time of writing this review, my lashes have now completely fallen out but there is some damage on my natural lashes because some of them broke. Im really disappointed by my experience here. I got the hybrid anime set and they looked great leaving. I didn’t touch them or get them wet until the day after the appointment, which is when tons of lashes started to fall out like I was shedding. They looked sparse and terrible by the 3rd day. I posted a pic of what they looked like by day 3. I reached out via text and IG to see if we could rectify the situation. They only responded via IG and asked when I was free. I was ghosted when I sent over my availability. It looks like they’ve had an influx of short positive reviews since someone else posted a similar situation. I’ve had lash extensions on and off for over 5 years and this is the worse retention rate that I’ve ever experienced. Your lashes may look good the first day but good...

Everyone there was nice but I don’t think it’s good for monolids. I got a hybrid cat eye. there was a long lash that looked out of place in my inner corner and my lash tech just snipped it off so it looks stubby. this picture is from after a couple days and it’s very uneven looking and some lashes are falling into my eyes.
