Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Newnan

I came here on May 11th and ordered a triple espresso. The girl who came up behind must have worked with the barista or something because I was quickly dismissed as they started talking. No worries, I get it, but when her frappuccino came out before my triple espresso, that's when I was extremely upset. When I made eye contact with barista, she said mine was done but she was letting it "cool". So obviously my coffee was cold and I had terrible customer service. I Hate giving bad reviews and maybe they were having an off day. Very long line to start with. Get to speaker and the woman did not know how to take orders. Had to repeat myself several times. I get to the window and wait, wait, and wait some more. Finally, after being in line almost 15 min. and seeing my drink sit there for the last 5..I got my drink and it had 5 ice cubes in the whole iced coffee. I never have an issue with customer service. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Rather, it is frustrating to drive across town and for this Starbucks to seem to be randomly closed. If you’re relying on coffee to start your day, I do not recommend going to this Starbucks. Some days it’s open. Some days it’s closed. Some days they’ll let you inside. Some days they won’t.
