They are very flexible and accommodating to help find times that work for your schedule. I had the pleasure of working with Joe as my trainer. Joe did not simply create workouts or a workout program to help me reach my goal but he took the time to understand what additional exercises my body needed to be strong and successful. You can tell that Joe is trained in exercise science in the way he understands how the body is working together so a weakness in one area can impact your success. He would create the right modifications for me and even incorporate small physical therapy movements. Read moreI highly recommend the Summit at Washington Square. This is a brand new location, very conveniently located right on the square, and is very bright and clean. Most importantly, the personal training is excellent. Juliana, who I work with, is extremely professional but also very encouraging. She did a thorough assessment, and then worked with me to set a customized workout plan, which is updated frequently, and even gave me customized plans for at-home workouts at no additional cost. And she makes working out fun- I actually look forward to it rather than dreading it. I am amazed by the improvement in strength and conditioning I have made in just six short weeks. Finally, I believe it is well worth the cost, since all their trainers are highly knowledgeable and qualified, and are careful in pushing you, but doing so safely and in ways that minimize injuries....

I was impressed with the space on Washington Square- and decided to try a Personal Trainer. I’ve been working with Trevor twice a week, and I can see and feel the difference, and the InBody scans have definitively shown I’m gaining muscle and losing fat!
