Well I am not happy about an experience that i had here. Usually the people here are pretty nice but I don't like how this particular situation was handled. I often eat here and I stopped in right before closing to purchase a ginger ale. The lady at the register rung me up before noticing that they didn't have ginger ale in which I paid with my card, Her response was "Oh good thing the charge didn't go through!" Upon leaving the establishment I received a text message that the charge went through. (See pic below). No big deal, the charge was for $2.43. I called and left a message, I knew the store was closed at this time because I went 5 mins before closing. So I called again this morning and the lady I spoke to was sort of rude about it stating that no charges went through on her end and she basically kept stating this making it seem as though I was making this up. I feel like better customer service should have been in given in the situation. She could have an offered an apology for the confusion , She could have offered me a soda or something but to make it seem like i was making this up over $2.43 was just poor customer service. Now i've purchased many bagels from this establishment and I must say I won't be...

As long as nobody will have to deal with the resulting halitosis, one of my favorite brunches is an everything bagel with whitefish salad, onions, and cucumbers. So when I saw it on Knead’s menu while in the area, I stopped in.
Now, I may be very particular with my bagel preferences, but I strongly believe that the best bagels offer a strong contrast of textures between a crispy outside and a warm, pillowy inside. And if there is seasoning, it should be dense—coating the outside. Knead disappointed with a monotonously chewy “circular bread product” and only moderate seasoning. The whitefish salad, though tasty, was anemic in proportion. And the onions lacked bite.
Overall, it wasn’t specifically a BAD sandwich, but it definitely didn’t scratch the itch; hence, 3 stars. I wonder if the more foodie-forward options are their strength, but they didn’t impress with...

After 3 mornings in a row of getting Knead Bagels bagels, I can proudly state that this establishment is top tier Their bagels are exceptional, affordable, and their service is quick and accurate.
They also have a great morning special- coffee and a bagel combo for under 7 bucks! In this day and age?! Wow!
*Note I ordered online/to go I have yet to enjoy a dine in experience.
Today is Morning #3. I just ate the best bagel I've ever tasted. Dark Toasted with a regular amount of roasted veggie cream cheese. Everything bagel is usually my go to, but I've been intoduced to a new spiced bagel through them, the Togarashi. I've got it 3 mornings in a row.
Their dark toast is excellent. The bagel's crust offers just a slight crunch - not stale, not hard, - you bite into soft and warm bread and a great serving portion of your selected cream cheese.
I will say- Remember they're a bagel shop not a coffee shop. Their bagels are delicious!!!!!!!!...
