The people on shift asked my mother-in-law to lock the door herself about forty minutes before closing because they "needed a break." After she swallowed her gentle nature and reluctantly complied, multiple potential costumers experienced rejection as they walked up to the Subway doors—arriving many minutes before closing and seeing a lobby full of patrons—tugged on the handles, and left with befuddled and disappointed expressions. One of the workers rushed through the entirety of our sandwiches, flubbing the portions left and right by adding way too many olives and neglecting the meat. When the order was finished, this worker rushed us out of the door and refused to let a wholesome looking family of three enter the store to buy sustenance. I'm surprised she didn't ask my mother-in-law to stay behind and make the order for the next family. Before this experience, I've never felt like I've inconvenienced a fast food establishment by merely existing. So at least that...

Went there with my family while on vacation. The lady who made our sandwiches (only employee without a name tag on) was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. I had ordered a two slider combo for my daughter and was told they couldn’t add mayo or lettuce. The lady then proceeded to pass our order off to another lady name shaylee or shaylah and then started making the people’s order behind us. She then put their items into the toaster before ours. Subway for me is never beyond four stars. The food is always average and tastes the same at every restaurant. No extra effort goes in to the making of the food and it always costs way too much. I got the bbq rotissary chicken or the cheesey bread. Tasted pretty good, but I paid over 10$ for it. It barely had any meat on it and these things are notoriously shorter than a foot. Even though they advertise a foot. Since I have options now I may never eat at one again. Lower your prices! That's why Quiznos started to disappear. Have you forgotten?
