These employees are the kindest women out there. I walked into their store, not knowing anything about this company. I noticed they had the cutest earring stands, I asked if they were for sell. The clerks decided to look in the back and see if they had any to sell to me, they didn’t. I moved along to another store. Afterwards, I was walking on the other side of the mall and one of the clerks ran up to me and told me they were going to give me a few earring stands FOR FREE, no catch. The staff at Kendra Scott knows how to make you feel like you’re one of their best friends. They know how to strike the perfect balance between being attentive without feeling pressure to make a purchase. The store was quite busy, but Aspyn was so wonderful at making me feel special and took the time to find something perfect for me. Someone else named Kailee or Jade (both names were on the receipt, so I’m not 100% sure) was also extremely helpful. I came in a few days ago and had to come on here to write a review because I couldn't stop thinking about how good of an experience I had. A woman named Rachel greeted me and she was like walking sunshine. She was so kind and enthusiastic, and really took the time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. She had such a great knowledge of not only what products were on the floor, but also what was online. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, AND made sure it looked good on me/suited my skin tone and coloring. 10/10 would absolutely come back as long as Rachel is still around. She...
