Giving them 5 star, had an exceptional service from an SA Nyles and the amazing and very knowledgeable Team Manager MANNY UPTON!!! Coming in from Germany one of my Speedy Empreinte had an issue with its glazing, and due to Covid any services/repairs were delayed at the moment which is frustrating yet, understandable. Came in one day and didnāt get any help or assistance regarding the issue, i then decided to make phone call and tried another inquiry if anyone can lead me to something or on what to do. A very nice and friendly SA answered the phone and gladly assisted me with the issue, he then took my number and texted immediately so i can forward pictures or more details of the purse. I was already expecting that my problem would not be resolve ( thatās was the case with our Vegas experience ) but to my surprise in less than 30 min. i received a respond back! We then head on to the store, waited for a que and was greeted with a smile from another SA. Nyles and the Manager Manny took over and assisted us immediately. Manny UPTON did a SUPERB job assisting and explaining to us the reason why i had those issue with the purse, heās super knowledge and took his time to answer most of our question. He was amazingly friendly not only to us, but to other customers as well as we noticed. The staff in this specific store are all very welcoming! By far the most friendly store, amazing SA and Manager weāve been ( lived in Europe for 8 yrs.and visiting LV store in Europe can somehow be frustrating due to them being super busy. ) Hoping that LV boutique will continue to man their store with SA and Manager like this one in Salt Lake to give their customer an amazing experience and make them want to come back again ( which will be the case for us š )
Thank you team Salt Lake LV, Manny and Nyles for a superb service!!! You guys rock !!!
Highly recommend, look for SA Nyles or if you guys lucky enough to meet Manny itāll be an amazing experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn mid April, I purchased a Louis Vuitton wallet at an LV store in Florida three days before I visited Salt Lake. The wallet fell out of my bag, damaging the gold plate. I took it into the Salt Lake store and asked them what I could do to repair it. They told me I would have to pay $100 to replace the plate. The repair would take three weeks. I am now 7 weeks in without a wallet. I havenāt received any updates from the store. The salesperson from the Florida store helped me find out what was happening with the wallet about 5 weeks in. Last weekend, I messaged LV corporate to ask the status (still hadnāt received any updates). The agent said the plate was still on back order (still?). The wallet will not be done until August now. What would have happened if I lied and returned the wallet because I just didnāt like it? I did the right thing, telling them exactly what happened. Now I am unable to use a wallet at all because mine is still not fixed. If I would have known it would take 4 months to repair, I would have just kept it and saved $100.
All of this seems menial, but I want to make sure my complaint is clear. The store hasnāt called, emailed, or mailed a single update. Even after I messaged corporate and asked for a manager to call me, I have not heard anything. I am appalled that a fine, designer brand is not providing a better customer experience than this. With this being said, consider another brand. At minimum, donāt go to the store in Salt Lake City unless they fix their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI own quite a few bags from Louis Vuitton bags and have always had great service, Iāve been to stores in Chicago, Hawaii, Las Vegas and NY and have always had a great experience. This store however was a much different experience. I walked in and started browsing, I went to look at a bag and this sales associate stepped in front of me to prevent me from looking at it. I thought that her actions were kind of weird, but maybe she just didnāt see me or something. After she left I just wanted to see how much it was so I went to look in the pocket and the same associate told me that someone had to unlock it for me. I told her not to worry because I just wanted to check the price and I know itās typically in the pocket. Iāve never had a sales associate tell me that I couldnāt look at a bag, itās not like it was behind a counter or anything like that. The sales lady then told me that I couldnāt just do that because someone else had to get it for me. She was so rude. It wasnāt in a polite let me help you tone, it was a how dare you touch the bag tone I told her that we were just going to leave and that she had been so rude and we walked out. After we left I asked my friend if I had overreacted and she said no that the lady really had been so rude. I wonāt go back to that store, Iād rather spend my money online and not give rude people the commission or Iāll wait until I am near another store. Iām not sure why a sales person would treat...
