No couch after 18 weeks. When I went into the store and picked it out I Mentioned that I saw online reviews of no communication and delays. I was told that that had all been worked out with new vendors. But it's hasn't. Also the couch itself (Katrina) has all high reviews, but as you will notice, they are all from 2020-probably because no one has one since then) and some were 2nd tries. I have tried to post on the Antrho website on the couch I ordered but they won't publish my review, which makes me know that their negative reviews don't get published. I also tried to change the color after the color swatch I was supposed to receive in mail never came and I drove down to get it and it was not the same as it looked online. Even though it was the exact same type of fabric and cost, they would not make the change without cancelling and starting over. They have NO relationship with their vendor and won't say who it is. They also said it was made No Carolina but after the 3rd delay update they said it was delayed due to the storms in Texas. They still haven't started my couch. and it's at least a month out from now. Read moreAbsolutely love the rug I ordered but the process was a nightmare. The scheduling service was not pleasant at all. I got a call and email everyday for a week and a half and when I would talk to an agent they would tell me next week they would call me to schedule and then what do you know, the next day another phone call telling me the same thing. When I asked way in advance about delivering on a Saturday they said I had to wait until the week if the delivery to schedule it. When they finally had my rug ready they said they could not deliver it on a Saturday for another 2 weeks. On top of that I had to pay $150 for shipping for one $350 rug. That's rediculous, I couldn't even ship it to the store for free and pick it up and the "free shipping for memebers" did not apply to this item. You're $150 flat rate shipping is a joke. The guy who delivered it was great, but the fact that I had to just deliver it to my managers office and then I had to unpack it and place it myself because they could not schedule for Saturday was even more dissapointing for a $150 shipping fee. I had a last minute wardrobe issue that left me with nothing to wear that fit the wedding requested attire. The staff attending to the dressing rooms were amazing when I told them about my predicament (I’m so sorry I forgot your names, my brain was overwhelmed) They really understood what I needed and went above and beyond to help me find it. They continuously checked in to see how the clothes I picked fit, helped me try to zip zippers😂 picked out outfits for me and I believe even pulled items from the stock room to get me what I needed. To my delight they found the cutest jumpsuit that fit like a glove, it was my style & hit the mark for the requested dress code. Y’all are the best!
