My boyfriend bought a bracelet less than a week ago from here and I wore it ONCE and it continually fell off my wrist. We both thought it would be best to return it and get something else as we did not want to risk losing it and wasting money. Their policy is if itâs been worn they refuse to return it. Even though they sold us a faulty bracelet. Entirely their fault. They told us to call customer service, as I did and explained the situation they told me that I should not have been refused a refund from this store. Their own customer service was even confused as to why we were refused when the bracelet is broken. I would not lie about a bracelet being broken I loved this bracelet a lot and was sad that we had to return it in the first place. The manager was rude and the situation is ridiculous. Kendra Scott is right next to this store I recommend going there, amazing sales people and I never had an issue, wish we wouldâve went to their store instead. Will now have to ship the bracelet to their customer service....

Yolanda was telling the other women what to put in our bags and what boxes to place the jewelry in, once we started to check out. (I feel that is where the confusion began, one person was checking us out talking to us, while trying to tell the other woman what to box for us.) We spent $376 on charms and 1 bracelet just to arrive at home and realize that one of the charms we had purchased wasnât even in the bag. I called to inform them of this. Their response was âcould you return to the store with your receipt and bags to see what we could do?â Iâm hopeful that they will just give me the charm that was missing without any issues. I did a $600 purchase at Riverton location and wanted to return the entire purchase because of personal reasons and the manager at this location didnât wanna do the refund and send me to location I even showed them the website policies that says I can do a return at any location and yet the girl said ânop unfortunately our manager said no you have to do it at that locationâ So today I went back again to their Riverton and their manager (Tara) is the nicest person ever and their employees!
