This is the second time in 2 months Iāve had a bad experience. Both times Iāve liked a piece of clothing, the only size small is on the mannequin. I understand it is difficult to take things off a mannequin & for people to not buy it. Both times I asked, I had every intention of purchasing the item. The first instance, I went up to the register & asked if I could get the skirt from the mannequin. The cashier rolls her eyes, walks over, & before taking off the skirt she yells across the store to me & says āare you even gonna buy this before I take it off?ā Same thing happened today, only size small of the top was on a mannequin. I politely asked the girl if I could get the top or if there was another small in the back because I already looked through the racks. She proceeds to look through the rack, & gives me an extra small. She refused to take it off the mannequin & told me āwell hereās an extra small just try it on,ā after I looked at her & told her thereās no way Iām going to fit an extra small. When I arrived at Windsor there were a LOT of ppl inside. The line to the dressing room had about 15 people in the line. Next I see this worker running around, literally running, back and forth, counting items, placing people in the dressing rooms, running back to the store to place the items people didnāt want back in their correct spot. When I got to the front of the line I asked her name, Anyssa was her name. Yāall THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!!! She was sweating from running back and forth so much. I attempted to give her a tip for all her hard work, for which she politely declined. She was AMAZING!! You would think should we be flustered from all the work she was doing, but no, she was kind, polite, respectful and very helpful. Thank you Anyssa for all your hard work. Lauren told me that I could return an item which I had payed full price for even though it was not only on the clearance rack, it was the only item there. When I went to return the next day the manager said that not only can I not return it, it says so on the bottom of the receipt. I wouldnāt care except not only did the manager lie considering what she said was Not on the receipt anywhere, but they were rude and didnāt offer any other solution.
