I absolutely loved the look and feel of the Rag & Bone jeans I purchased on Fillmore Street. They were very comfortable when I tried them on, and Iāve really enjoyed wearing them all week. However, Iāve noticed that they have stretched out to the point where they fall down on my waist while I walk, which is quite frustrating.
When I called the store for advice, I was surprised by their lack of helpfulness. They couldnāt confirm if washing would help and refused to exchange the jeans for a smaller size since I had removed the tags. Given the price range of these jeans, I expected better customer service.
Looking at recent reviews, it seems this company really tries to avoid exchanges, which is unfortunate. It makes me unlikely to adopt this as a brand I might go back to.
Overall, while the jeans are stylish and comfortable, the experience with their customer service has been disappointing. "No orders found" is the error message customers keep getting. I called Customer Care which confirmed the website was not working properly and offered to process a return label via email in 1-2 business days; it's Day 6 and no label and no website fix -- that's why it has to be intentional. In today's call, I was told 1-2 business days more. If I hadn't called, there would be no record of my efforts to return a purchase within the return window.
