My husband and I have visited Jere’s on every trip we make to Savannah and we look forward to it every year! The first few times we visited we stopped in not knowing what Jere’s was all about. We were blown away!!! Jere is truly the LARGEST and BEST importer of fine English antiques. He has everything and anything.
Last year we bought our first antique pieces from Jere’s and it was such a memorable experience. We visited Jere’s again this week and we were just as excited to see what was new and we got some beautiful statement chairs.
We both want to thank Adam for his friendly and over the top service. This is a HUGE building and it’s easy to get lost. Adam guided us throughout the building to make sure we saw every room and didn’t miss anything. When we were looking for something specific Adam knew exactly which pieces to show us!

Read moreThis place and its owner, Jere, is absolutely incredible! I discovered this place about a year ago when my husband and I moved to Savannah. We wanted to furnish a 1915 four square in Baldwin Park and find antiques…specifically English and Welsh pieces from the late 1700’s, 1800s to the early 1900s. WOW…was I blown away by the inventory, quality, and stunning craftsmanship. Jere, the owner, gets his pieces from The UK mainly, and these breathtaking gems sail across the ocean on a huge ship to finally dock, then arrive to his warehouse located between River and Bay street. Jere’s prices are very reasonable. I have found hard to find pieces to fit odd spots in our home as well. He has Welsh Dressers, cabinets , hundreds of antique chairs and tables, stained glass, small to large gate leg tables pedestal tables, carved doors, entire bars from Scotland and England, even china, clocks. Geeez…EVERYTHING! LOVE Jere’s...
Read moreWe stop into this antique shop every time we are in Savannah. I used to love going there - loved wandering the aisles looking at long-discontinued and unusual pieces of furniture but this may be the last time. It was hot and there seems to be no airflow in the closed warehouse - the aisles have become more crowded and narrower over the years but now its so crowded, its nearly impossible to get down most aisle and there is so much furniture there, its hard to see whats there. We went down one aisle near the back and found mold growing inside, and on, several pieces of furniture - and with no airflow, the mold spores will continue to spread from piece to piece, a health hazard to employees and patrons and a death sentence for those antiques. After seeing that, I wouldnt purchase anything else here for fear of bringing mold...
