Just went though a 7 month disaster. Ordered a couch and two recliner chairs with oak/leather in January. At the end of February, we were told they could not get the leather. I don't know why it took them so long to find this out, but we chose a different one. We are told ETA of mid to late March. The furniture gets delivered mid April. We look it over and find multiple quality issues such as a stain and bizarre small dent with an upraised spike like a tip of a nail in the wood chair arms, a tear in one of the couch leather cushions (it's leather so we expect some defects, but not a tear), marks/dents in the wood evidently from installing the recliner mechanisms, wood chipped in the chair backs on both chairs, and overall poor quality of finish. All pieces were really dusty with the dust embedded in the wood grain. It looked like it was only a single coat of poly. We told them all this and they decided to rebuild all the pieces and cited a fast track ETA of middle of June for delivery. We keep the furniture while waiting. The new pieces come at the end of July. A month and a half after the estimated ETA. The replacement couch didn't have the same seat support as the first one. First one was solid, the second has nylon straps. We wanted and ordered solid. So it wasn't an actual identical replacement. One of the chairs had a deep gouge in the wood of an arm and a really bad squeak in the recliner mechanism where it attaches to the seat back. Both of these would have been immediately obvious if the chairs were inspected. The other had a stain on an arm and the same marks from installing the recliner mechanism as with the first set of chairs. Again overall finish quality was poor with the same embedded dust and need for additional poly. The new cushions did not have any defects. They took all the items back and we asked for a deposit refund which they provided. We like the furniture, but we found quality was lacking and with evidently no pre-delivery inspections. We also found the time estimates given to not be accurate. So after 7 months, we have our money, but no furniture and a couple sheet rock dents in the stairs from delivery that I...

An older man came out, slapped the business parking spot sign and told me I needed to go. I opened my window and told him I was waiting for my partner to arrive, then would be heading into the store. We corresponded via email and was able to order exactly what we wanted. I even sent a photo of another piece I saw on line to see if they could make it so that the wood could match and they did!
