CC'S Pirate Treasures — Local services in South Lake Tahoe

I can't fairly give this store one star. Their merchandise looks interesting enough, and garnered enough attention from me to come down on my two day stay in South Tahoe.

What I can't forgive is that I never got to go in the store. The first day I showed up was Sunday, and they were closed. Okay, it's posted, so no biggie. I went back the next day in the early afternoon, well after their open time. No one there. Only then did I read the other sign that says that they may not even open on some days.

It's truly unfortunate that I have to give a 1 star rating because I do love this store. But every time I check online to see if it's open, it says it is and upon my arrival, it's not even open. There is no clear answer to when they are open. There's about 3 different signs with different times. It's very unfair to the people who want to support this shop. They could most definitely do a better job at being considerate to their customers by sharing updated information about their shop. And to be consistant. Inconsistentcy and poor integrity can bring down...

ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORES IN TAHOE. SWEET LADY, LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM, REASONABLE. NICE TO SEE SHE IS STILL HERE. ALL OF MY OTHER FAVORITE STORES HAVE CLOSED. SHOP THE WORLD, MUSIC AND MORE, SIERRA BOOK STORE. I DON'T SHOP THE HILL MUCH ANYMORE, A SAD MEMORY OF A LOCAL' SHOPPERS PARADISE. ALL OTHER STORES HERE SELL THE SAME -O SAME-O.
