DO NOT EAT HERE. My husband and I decided to eat here upon checking into the hotel. We ordered the “waygu” cheeseburger (it was definitely just ground beef,) to split, and asked for it well done. When we received our cheeseburger, it looked like it was cooked for a medium request, but we didn’t think twice about it because we were starving after driving all day to get here. About an hour later, we both started feeling nauseous and having stomach pain. Sure enough, you guessed it…we both ended up sick with food poisoning. After a few hours, I had enough strength to pull myself out of bed and walk to the restaurant to ask to speak with a manager. The first girl I talked to said “speak to the hotel front desk, I don’t know.” I then asked the guy behind the bar for a manager and explained to him what happened and asked if anybody else has gotten sick. He looked at me shocked and disgusted. He then questioned me like I was lying. He said “I don’t understand. The problem was with the kitchen?” I said “yes, I was here earlier today” (which he was aware of and so was the girl because they were one of the few who waited on us.) He said “well what did you order?” I told him we ordered a cheeseburger and he said “with fries?” At that point I was shocked that he felt the need to ask me if I had fries too. Did it really matter?! I was ready to throw up again just talking about the food and describing it to him. He said “my manager isn’t here, but hold on. I’ll be back in 10 minutes.” I couldn’t stand there for 10 more minutes, let alone 1 minute. I ran back to my room because I still felt nauseous. I was completely taken back that I was intensely questioned, but not once was I offered an apology or refund. Will never be returning to...

Read moreStay away!! My son and I came in to order lunch To Go and right when we walked in the server said she would be right with us which was great. There were about 5 people dining but I could see she was the only server and working at a steady pace. I grabbed a newspaper and sat patiently at the bar. After about 10 minutes of the server ignoring me I kindly asked her if I could place an order To Go when I caught her eye a few feet away. She approached me and Instead of her saying “sure, what can I get for you?” She proceeded to tell me she was on her way to get my order and felt the need to explain that to me several times in a defensive manner. I thought that was unprofessional and inappropriate but I said “ok great” and after she took my order I apologized for bothering her (even though I knew she was out of line) and instead of her saying “no problem I apologize for being frustrated” she proceeded to tell me again that she was on her way over to ask me what we would like several times!! As if I did something wrong by requesting service in a polite manner. It was so strange! I was seriously being chastised by a server because I asked to place an order! She was clearly very frustrated and having a hard day and couldn’t handle 5 customers at once but didn’t know how to stay cool. It was seriously the most awkward experience with a server. We left and didn’t come back...
