(Return visit) Two months later and the same charger is still broken. Waited for a working charger, then watched multiple people come and go, blocked by that broken one.
(Second Use): Charger #3 is mostly broken. It displays “Reconnecting” forever, but will still accept a card and begin charging without updating. If the second port plugs in, the first disconnects, meaning even more babysitting. It only charged at 9kW of its claimed 350kW so I gave up.

If I know the exact pump number, card used, transaction amount and date of the transaction, I can go to the gas station the next day and get a proper receipt. If you don't have an account with EA and you call customer service with the charge location, transaction amount and card used for the transaction they cannot provide a proper receipt.
