We shopped this location for the first time this evening. The store is huge, tidy, and has a large nice fitting area. They carry super cute clothes and we stopped in for a dress my daughter saw in the mailer. To say the staff in this store is amazing is an understatement. Everyone was helpful and friendly in helping us get our items from a high rack and brining matching shoes and accessories. We got some bad news while in the store, but I wanted to stay until my daughter was finished trying on her dresses. However, I quite embarrassingly just couldn’t stop crying (briefly). I went shopping on the 4th of July, which I had known that they were closing early. I was looking for a dress to go wedding dress shopping. Alyssa helped me so much that day. She had helped me find different dresses that were my style and what I was looking for. Everyone was so kind there and had helped me, and I was super stressed because I am more on the picky side when shopping for clothes. She had helped me pick out the perfect dress and they even let me stay a little bit past closing hours to make sure that I found the perfect dress. I wish I could say that my experience in the store was great, but it wasn't. From the moment I walked into the store, not one person greeted me. One girl looked at me and turned away, and went straight to her manager. I then walk past the same girl twice, trying to get some assistance. She spoke to the woman who was behind me with her child, but didn't acknowledge my existence at all. It took to go to another employee, whose name was Brooklyn, to assist me. She was so kind, but everyone else who worked there kept looking at me, as if I didn't belong there, which hurt me deeply.
