LOFT — Local services in The Woodlands

I had purchased a blouse online, and it was a little too big so I called to exchange it for the next size down. The first problem I have is that you have to call for an exchange or return, which took me an hour on hold just to get through to someone. Next, the only option I was given for a return was to bring the item to the nearest store, which is The Woodlands Mall location. Google maps incorrectly placed the store next to White House Black Market (one of my favorite stores). By the time I found the location, which was on the complete other side of the mall, I was sweaty from walking outside. The salesperson I think was looking down on me because I was sweating. I gave her the barcode that I was given for my return, and it turned out that I had been sent the wrong code - it was for the smaller blouse. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do since I didn't have an order number, even though I showed her the string of emails showing all my orders. I find this funny because when I call customer service, the system automatically recognized my number and email, and is able to pull up all of my orders. But according to her there was nothing she could do. She said that all she could do was give me a store credit for half the price of the blouse. I was tired of the whole thing so I accepted it. If I could rate negative stars for this location, I would. I have never experienced such ignorance, rudeness, and stupidity at a Loft store before today. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Even my 6 year old picked up on how rude the lady was that was checking me out. Also, neither of the two ladies that were working never welcomed us in or asked if we needed any help. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes so it wasn’t like I did anything to annoy them.
