Shoe Dept. — Local services in Twin Falls

Can’t walk in the store without tripping over a box. No shock there given that it’s been almost a year of that. One of the tables in the back is held together with duct tape, and some boxes have the wrong size in them for the toddler section. I had to hunt for the right size, after going through most the boxes I gave up on the pink shoes and opted for black ones. Then there’s the matter of employees just sitting at the cash register instead of doing their jobs. In all honesty I don’t see this store prospering in the future given it’s prolonged state of laziness and filth. Which is sad because the prices are pretty great, but it’s too much of hassle to even get shoes from this...

Honestly the workers seem like lovely people, but today I came to exchange shoes to find most aisles covered in boxes/shoes out of them all over the place , it was difficult to find the right size or not trip over boxes/shoes . I assume because it was busy, but with little to no customers in the store, & 4 workers standing at the counter chatting & laughing (since I walked in) I eventually after 20 min never found the correct size, as a business owner I am just shocked ! Horrible customer service. I have never bought a pair of sketches work shoes and had to break them in. I bought a pair last week wore them 2-3 days the tung dug into my right ankle and bruised it deep, I called the store told the lady what happened she asked if they steal looked new I said yes, she said they would be able to to give me a store credit that wasn't the returned them the next day and they told me me I could not return them they did nothing to help me what so...
