Super frustrated. So I ordered a ring on December 9th or 10th. I got 2. One engagement ring and a wedding band for my husband. Well a couple weeks went by and I called and they canceled my husbands ring becuase they didn’t work with that vender anymore. They didn’t let me know so we could pick out a different one or anything. So I was like whatever. So I asked when I was going to get my ring. Well they said it was still on the way. So a couple more weeks went by and this was at the end of January. I asked where my ring was. Well I guess it got sent to them but it wasn’t engraved so they sent it back to get engraved. At this point I did not care if it was engraved or not. They didn’t even call to let me know. So I just called today! February 2nd! Almost 2 months after I ordered the ring and they still don’t have it. This whole experience has been the most frustrating thing in the world. Like if you don’t have something that’s understandable. They normally have been very great , but lately they have been really bad . I’ve had to take my ring in almost every couple months to be fixed . This last time it took it in to get the prongs upgraded , they had it for over 2 months , and I had to call them to ask about it . When I called they told me they couldn’t do what I had asked for , and “fixed” it . Instead of calling me asking me if there would be another option they just chose to not even try , and didn’t even bother to call me to tell me my ring was ready . My ring was also dirty when I picked it up . Didn’t even have my ring for a week and my diamond was already loose again ! They also had my husband ring for 3 months , and any time we called or stopped by to check on it , they either didn’t have date for it , or it kept changing . I will NOT be taking my ring back into be “fixed” by them ever again ! I shouldn’t have to take my ring in 8-10 times...

I bought a wring to propose to my now wife and was exited and truth be told not cautious enough to question what I was told by the salesman and just took his word for truth. I spent alot of money on the wring only to find out that I would pay almost half my wring in extra to the company for doing it on payments. The salesman told me that I would have it payed off in a year as long as I didn't miss any payments, witch I found out a year later he had lied to me for they don't offer anything of the sort but sadly I didn't have any proof and it would come to be my fault for being young and trusting.
