Before leaving this poor review I sent an email about the condition of our rental. No one even responded! The condition of the place needs a lot of work! The place wasn’t all clean when we arrived. Windows don’t fully work. The window in the second bedroom literally fell in. Luckily, no one was in the room when it happened. Aluminum foil was used in place of caulk. The place needs a fresh coat of paint. There are stains all over the couches. A few holes, as well. No extra linens or blankets available. We had to have maintenance over to fix the door because it didn’t latch or lock. One of the doorwalls didn’t work. Blinds are missing. Silverware and glassware weren’t clean, neither is the outside and top of the refrigerator. Not...

Great spot and good walking distance to food and shopping locations — we stayed off Logan St. Didn’t venture down to the beach as we were there for a game in Savannah, but overall the unit was great. Also customer service has been fantastic to interact with — I am pretty sure that a white polar bear was misplaced/lost by me and the company tried the hardest for two weeks in the middle of other people staying to find it. And although there was no success, they were kind, courtesy, and even apologetic even though it was my fault. I will absolutely use them again for another trip (and this time their website and not vrbo).

Beware on renting from this company as the units are in very rough shape. Upon checking in, A/C didn't work and room was at 85 degrees. They did come but it wasn't fixed until the next afternoon and spent the night without the temp going below 80. I asked for 1 (not the entire stay) night refund as I thought that was fair. After many phone calls without any follow-up, they always tell you a manager isn't there, manager Julie finally said, we'll give you $50.00 dollars which is pathetic. Filing BBB review and will dispute entire cc charge to them for being unreasonable. I look forward to the response back from them justifying there terrible...
