NorthEnd Tybee Properties — Local services in Tybee Island

Don't expect fancy, just a nice little Beach area condo that's close to the beach and amenities. Bar, restaurant, liquor store, convenience store with gas station and ice cream shop are less than a block away. So is beach access. 3-4 blocks to the light house.

Condo is on the first floor. Nice building, cool people. Tight parking for larger vehicles, but very convenient. Place is a little run down, but has a great feel. Good sized bathroom and bedroom. Living room and kitchen are small, but cozy feeling. Nothing fancy. Back patio and tiki bar in back are nice and fun.

We stayed in Surfside Escape #9. It was very clean and well stocked. The location is a 10 star!! Right across the street was the beach access. I loved the quietness of this side of Tybee. We did go down to the busier side and my daughter and I agreed that we were ready to get back to the quietness 🙂 Check in was a breeze and Mrs. Pat is a super friendly lady with a lot of tips about her hometown. We love our annual trip to Tybee Island. The Beacon room at Northend is ideal for us, a fairly large efficiency that enables us to save some money by cooking breakfast and lunch in the room. The bed is comfortable, and the 2 full walls of windows allow us to wake up naturally to sunlight from the Atlantic. A very short 200yd walk to the boardwalk gets us to a quiet beach, and then back to the room to cool off and have lunch. Pat and family are wonderful...
