THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! There is only ONE person knows how to do ANYTHING at this shop. I was in this store FIVE times and the first time the owners broke my handmade necklace. The second time i went to have it repaired the person who was making my necklace wasn't there so I gave detailed explicit instructions to the only person currently working at this "store".But instead of her telling me she didn't understand she took it, took it and did nothing for three days then had it done completely wrong. When I went to pick it up the person working on it didn't understand because of horrid communication between the coworkers but what i understood to be a common mistake made it i couldn't have my necklace done, "They worked on my necklace TOO many times" claimed the owners. So while they were working on my necklace the right way she stopped it from being braided. Then i had to constantly call to find out what was going on with my stuff come to find out: no one had been working on it. They allowed me to travel to their store five times only to find out i had been screwed over: DON'T GO HERE! The Management's horrible, attitudes are horrible, and communication is...

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I don't usually post bad reviews but for this one, I will since my experiences have been consistently bad.

I have been to this business several times thinking (and hoping) that the last time I was there, the terrible experience was a fluke. It wasn't.

The woman behind the counter this time didn't acknowledge us AT ALL. Even when I walked up to ask her if I could leave my items with her so I could continue shopping, I barely got a nod. After shopping, I had a long wait for her to recognize I was waiting to check out. Once I was finally assisted, I had a large bill and she couldn't make change. That by itself was not an issue, I had other methods of payment but her attitude about it made me say nevermind. I mentioned that a better attitude would go a long way in making people want to shop there and I left. She followed me outside to continue to tell me it's not her fault she didn't have change. After some back and forth about it not being about the money, it was her attitude - she went inside and slammed the door so hard that the windows rattled....

Personally, the selection is pretty cool. Though don't bother asking to see things in the cases, apparently that's a huge inconvenience. I've been in a small handful of times, and each experience is pretty much the same, rude, unhelpful, the typical cashier that they have on duty has no idea what they talking about. Hardly anything is priced and what is is ridiculously expensive. I'm a jeweler, so i do a lot of shopping around to find unique stones. Most of the cut cabochons that they have in the case are stupid expensive. I was looking a one single piece of tourmaline about the size of a lima bean, and they wanted 70 dollars for it. Insane. Also the store is a huge mess hole. Nothing is really organized, and don't bother trying to touch anything, I got yelled at for trying to actually look at a carved tower that was half hidden in a corner. The owner is never there, so anytime you ask a question, they don't know.
