Terrible experience my first time making a purchase with this store and it will be my last. I went to return my size 30 jumpsuit with tags still attached along with the receipt within the 14 days of purchase to return or exchange couldnt do either at the West Hollywood store. 1. I didnt have the physical card on me that I used to purchase it. 2. I couldnt exchange because the manager " Pam" wasnt there to do an exchange until Monday go figure that. I guess the workers there are incompetent to do exchanges without a manager present. Or sorry I was told their policy is that cant do exchanges without " Pam" being there. Not only their clothes of terrible quality, they also have a 14 day return period! They don't even tell it to you when you buy it, but write it small on the check at the bottom, as if someone is reading it. I was in Miami and got covid and stuck there for 2 weeks. Upon returning home, I decided to return the jacket, as I found a better one online. But I was refused a refund and even a store credit.
