We stopped by here while visiting The Falls and were intrigued because of halal Italian cuisine and especially, the brick oven pizza. The food overall was decent, though the margarita pizza was overly saucy was dripping. I’ve had very good margarita pizza in other locations but this left a bit to be desired. That being said, what really let me down was the service. The waitresses had a lot of difficulty understanding us even though we had simple questions. The first waitress who brought the plates, we asked her what was the size of the pizza, she said it was a medium size and good for two people. With that understanding, we ordered two since we were a party of 10. We asked the next waitress whether the parking next to the restaurant was paid or part of the service, the waitress said she had no idea, and didn’t even bother to offer to find out. When taking our order, she couldn’t keep up even though we were giving simple directions. When the food came, we saw the pizza was actually large sized and more than enough for all of us, which wouldn’t have been bad if we didn’t order additional dishes. The waitress forgot our special drink, and the chicken and shami rice dishes came so late as she had forgotten. Finally, when we were ready to pay, we asked for the receipt and she casually said the machine ran out of paper and didn’t even bother to remedy the situation. We noticed several of the staff just on their phones and not bothering to attend the people at the table. With this horrible service, though the food was relatively good, we definitely will not be returning next one we’re in the area.

Slow Service | Lying Staff | Kitchen staff who dont care Started off with a very slow service. Had to wait for 10 mins before our waiteress came in to hand us a menu card. We ordered Chicken Tikka Kebab and Yemeni Mandi. The waitress went away after taking our order and came back with glasses of water and cheekily said that your Chicken Tikka Kebab and Afghani Pulao will be there soon. I told her that was not what I ordered. She tried to convince me of getting the pulav instead of the mandi by saying that the chef just prepared the pulao and has removed it from ‘dum’ seconds ago. I thought I should go with her advice as it sounded like a better replacement of mandi only becuase it was freshly cooked. She served the Mandi first. It was really cold and and seemed like cooked hours ago. When I confronted the waitress she apologised and said Ill microwave it and get it back for you. At this point I was already upset because I got decieved by her and gave into ger recommendation. Few moments later we got the chicken tikka kebab. Guess what! It was unndercooked and pink in the centre. After confronting her again, she said that she will go and check with the kitchen. She came back and said thats how we cook it because people dont like dry chicken. Well if your staff cant cook a juicy tikka without making it dry, then you should fire them. In the end we left leaving half of our food on the table. Never going back to that place ever. Dont trust the waitress, she is a liar.

We decided to try this place out with our 2 kids after a full day at the waterpark. Our server Cata was wonderful and brought paper and a pen for our 9 year old to keep him occupied while we waited for our food. This is a lovely casual restaurant and the dishes were very well prepared. We had the Yemeni Chicken Mandi, the Creamy Seafood Linguine and Lobster Mac & Cheese. I asked to substitute the rice that came with the chicken for Tabbouleh salad and they gave us a massive plate of salad. The chicken was tender, flavourful and very generous portion with 2 legs. The seafood linguine was very creamy and delicious. Hubby polished it off, even though he is normally a small eater. The kids shared the lobster mac & cheese which was very cheesy, and had large lobster chunks. They enjoyed it but our daughter actually preferred the seafood linguine. Will definitely be back.

Just got home after a visit to Bravo and the experience was definitely not Bravo. Walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone at reception so went into the dining area which had no guests at all…. Was then shown to our table by a quite shy and very unconfident woman who didn’t introduce herself. After giving us our menu’s she returned literally 2mins later not giving us the time to look at the menu, once we had selected our food and drinks we gave this to our server and away she went, I opted for a Caesar salad starter and pizza Mediterranean main, whilst my wife skipped starter and ordered seafood linguine which was described as having prawns and lobster meat in it, a few mins later our server came back to tell me that the pizza I had chosen was off the menu so I chose a different one and away she went. Our drinks came (coke and a mocktail as no alcohol is served in the place) shortly followed by my Caesar salad….. good portion but the Caesar sauce definitely wasn’t made in house rather it was out of a bottle….. it also didn’t have Parmesan in it but had a bit of grated cheddar instead…..!!! I hadn’t even finished my starter and got my pizza delivered to the table and shortly afterwards my wife’s seafood pasta….. the pizza was greasy and salty and the base wasn’t a quality base it was something I would be expecting to get at a really bad fast food place and not somewhere charging $26 for it…. I ate 3 slices as I was extremely hungry and left the rest. I told our server that it wasn’t good and she took it away. My wife’s seafood pasta was also not great with the lobster meat being none existent….. I told our server this and she said “we no longer use lobster meat but instead use mussels” this is a place that has only be open for 2 months and they are already cutting so many corners…… I looked at my wife’s pasta that had its lobster meat substituted with “4” yes 4 mussels and just laughed…… this is a dish they charge $33 for…… a bit of pasta with 5 prawns and 4 mussels…..!!!!!! She ate half of the dish and left the rest feeling very underwhelmed. The server knocked off the price of the pizza from the bill but charged full for the pasta…….. all in all this is the worst dining experience I’ve had in many years. I would definitely recommend walking straight past this place and going to eat elsewhere…… They charge the prices that you’d expect for fine dining but you get cost cut cheap...

So I really wanted to LOVE this place but to be honest it wasn’t great before it was halal and it’s actually worse now. Niagara needs better halal food. I realize they recently got bought over so I hope it gets better. The service was the only thing that was somewhat redeeming.

Atmosphere: I think it’s important that they figure out their identity. It’s now Mediterranean Italian and I’m not sure it’s working if they can’t get the basics right. They were playing mariachi music at one point. Then they were playing mariachi music on one side of the place and romantic Spanish on the other…we were sitting in the middle so it was very annoying to hear both at the same time.

Food: Their menu is not updated and everything we wanted to order was in the “old menu”. They are new, fine but why would you not tell us when you gave us the menus? What’s even worse the waitress only had the new menu on her WhatsApp so we kept trying to order things we wanted and by process of elimination vs what they had here is what we ordered.

Tabouleh - hard to find a tomato, onion, or wheat, very dry - not sure how you mess up a basic Mediterranean staple.

Lentil Soup - Flavor was there but extremely thick like a curry

Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken - the sauce was very rich, too rich as it was cream based only. Couldn’t even tell if there was Parmesan in the sauce, just sort of tasted like cream with black pepper and salt. They didn’t ask us if we wanted any freshly grated parm so I doubt they have that. The chicken was absolutely overcooked and hard.

Mocktails - we were afraid to order dessert out of disappointment so we did drinks instead. Moscow Mule was great, mint lemonade tasted like water.

I am hoping that they really refine their dishes, identities and flavors as what they are offering right now for the price is not great. It could be great as the dishes have a good base and can be improved greatly with better spices. I’m not sure if the pizza and grilled meat is any better so I may come to try that if desperate. I also am a younger person but it seems like the staff they have hired in the front and back kitchen are very young and immature and I genuinely don’t feel that they care about the food they are pumping out.

I would recommend at least on visit to try but unless they really put in the effort, I don’t think they will last past this...
