Sheikh's Steakhouse — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

The service at this location was very bad. After we placed an order, The waiter never checked in on us to see how our meal was. We honestly felt quite neglected. Specially, given that the servers were checking in on other customers all around us. We requested some condiments to be delivered to our table that never got delivered. We will never come back here. We spent over $200 at the dinner. And was treated badly. I’m not sure if because we were south Asian and our server was also South Asian that they looked down on us. It’s funny when your own people don’t treat you right. When the server finally brought that cheque over to us at the end of the meal, he kept joking that the credit card might bounce, and my toddler son might have to wash dishes to pay for the meal. By the way, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. It was not like they were over swamped and couldn’t check in on us...

Wow, what a great game changer especially in Niagara! We were visiting the East Coast for the first time in 10 years and having a fantastic dinner at Sheikh's Restaurant really made my 14 years wedding anniversary celebration a memorable in our lifetime.

Walter great us with utmost respect even though our reservation is 1 hour early. He kept my 2 kiddos well-entertained with his humorous side.

You can't argue with the price but we loved the simpleness in their menu. My daughter even thought that Walter know us for a long time, as they prepared the kids meals exactly like she would like to be.

The restaurant even compliment us with a free piece of choc cake, super light yet moist. A perfect way to end our first dinner in Niagara.

Not bad but could be better for the price we paid. Food was fine, service could be better. Things I did not like: First, they say they have a fully curated menu so they don't reveal the prices online. They gave me an idea when I called them up but the actual prices were higher and I feel it was very overpriced. We were 6 people and only one got a steak - and our bill was just under $300. They also charge 15% gratuity for 6 people even if the 6th person is a 5 year old child. Second, we went on a hot day and the cooling wasn't very effective. Third, when we sat there, the glasses on the table were dirty. They replaced them and apologized, but they brought clean ones which were still wet and said "these are straight out of the dishwasher".
