Local Hong Kony style Canton cuisine. Food quality is very good, without the common taste of heavy MSG and starch potato solution other local restaurants have. We tried lobster with noodles, which is the best we have thus far! Also other signature dishes like sweet sour port on ice, traditional steamed chicken, steamed never-forget-fish with its scale fried and served separately and vegetables bowl are all very good. Worth a visit if you are in HK, though location wise is not the most convenient.

i found this is surprisingly good here! i thought it's only a local seafood restaurant, but once the food came, i know it's extraordinary! the smoked chicken was very good! right level of smokiness and the meat was kept very tender. we all agreed that the canton food here is authentic and made by very skillful chef. we had a good meal here. more travel ideas, photos & videos👇🏾 follow me on ig: food.n.cats.not1less

Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes. Mantis prawns were expensive and mediocre. But it is a huge serving. I wish the had smaller sized dishes as we were only 2. Better for big groups. The chilli oil was the best. I don’t know why the tea order is mandatory even though we ordered beer. Seems like a waste of money

I was so looking forward to this dinner, highly recommended from two friends. Mantis shrimp was good, but all other dishes were either flavorless/watery or stale/gross looking. Basic dish like crispy chicken looks moldy. The pomelo skin is so soggy that they probably over soaked it. The goose intestines were flavorless. We had pre ordered vermicelli, they made us fried rice! It was so disappointing that finally the owner came in to explain that main chef was on holiday. He graciously remake the goose intestines for us which is a lot better but the chicken pieces really gross me out. Owner offered excellent steam milk dessert and home grown lychee which we much appreciated. IF I choose to give this place a second chance, we will stay away from Mondays. Very noisy and smoky but kinda expected of this...
