KUNGFU RAMEN — Restaurant in Prague

I have to start by saying the food was excellent, tasty, rich and a massive portion as well. What was not excellent was the staff unfortunately.. I should also say that I NEVER write reviews, but in this case I feel it's necessary, maybe it will resonate with some of the individuals. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a sitting staff, which I can understand.. Monday evening maybe not too busy, still, there were customers sitting in the same room.. Secondly, we got menus shoved into our faces before even putting our jackets away. For the love of god, let people sit down.. Now for the "star" of the evening, our lovely waitress - basically non-verbal, staring into her tablet, I asked what beer they have on draft if there is any (in czech, since we're in Czech Republic) she simply replied with "pivo?" and put it into our order. If you prefer to communicate in English and struggle with Czech, no problem, but maybe say so at least?.. Drinks brought separately, I as a man was served first 😅 just straight up impolite guys.. Food arrives, no excuse me, no presentation, not even saying name of the dish.. No bon apetit/dobrou chuť of course.. Once again zero words said while taking the plates, no check-backs, not even an slight interest in out experience or in this case lack there of. I completely understand people have bad days, lack of experience, or worked for several hours straight, but the things I have mentioned are abolute basics of dining service WORLDWIDE. The lady serving us simply seemed sour about having to serve a table 🤷‍♂️ I have been to many restaurants in Prague over multiple years, good and bad, but I have never left a restaurant with such saltiness in my heart.. please try to do better Also I can not forget to mention the death stare I got from I guess one of the cook ladies passing down the hallway...

I usually dont write reviews, but this place was somthing so special i felt the need to let other people enjoy this amazing vicinity as i did! Came back every day of my 4 day vacation and every time i was greeted with a smile by the kind workers and family which run the place. The ice cream is simply phenomenal, easily the best ice cream i had in prague and in the past few years! The honey cakes, cheese cakes and brownies were fresh, delicious, moist and flavorful, My personal favorite was the cake toast its just other worldly. In general we tasted a wide varity of desserts becuase they offer tastings of the products without paying!(awesome!!!) The Breakfast are on another level, fresh ingredients, homemade bread, great portions for very affordable prices. My personal favorite was the english breakfast, Satisfied a deep craving i had for a well put english Breakfast and they did it with perfection. The coffee is amazing, best ice coffee I've ever had. I recently visited this café and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The café has a great location, which is easily accessible and offers a peaceful ambiance to enjoy your time. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in.

As a non-native speaker, I was pleased to find that the café is English-friendly. The staff members were patient and willing to communicate in English, which made ordering and navigating the menu a breeze.

Now, let's talk about the drinks and treats. The coffee was excellent and prepared to perfection. I was blown away by the quality of the tea, which was both fragrant and flavorful.
