Coffee Fellows — Restaurant in Berlin

Not my favorite place and ive given it three trys. Just in here now for the wifi.

The staff seems ill prepared constantly. There are two people working on a Saturday night and it's busy as heck. The one of them seems new as well so between the two of them..they're running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Theyre too stressed out to have a bond with customers, or to even pay attention. Everytime I've been in here it seems like the person who's working on till can't just take my order and ring me through without doing 4 other things as well as talking to other workers. Takes too much time. My drink was missed the first time I came here, which I get happens, but it when I did get it, it was not what I asked for ..though I didn't want to go up and bug them again.

People seem to wait a while for their drinks because they either don't know which drink is theirs because there's always 5+ drinks at the bar, or they don't yell loud enough.

Got a cake and it wasn't terrible..wasn't good though. Really cold and stiff. Seemed old.

Wish I could give this place a better rating.

A bit of difficult to communicate with the staff. We were trying to speak in German but he only replied in English. Maybe because our German is too broken or maybe because of our appearance? Even if our German is broken, how can he assume that our English is not more broken? We were just trying to survive in Germany with our broken German. If the intention is to let us communicate easier, then he should approach us in Korean or Mandarin? I’m not mad but just want to point out how unreasonable it is even it’s maybe coming from a good intention. 😀 Besides of that, the drink and the food is alright. Nothing to complain. Ich war allein im Januar häufiger bei Coffee Fellows. Ich mag den Laden und das Ambiente eigentlich sehr.

Aber das mit den Damen Toiletten passiert leider immer häufiger und ist sehr unangenehm, was mich inzwischen davon abhält dort länger zu bleiben.

Ich habe es nun bereits mehrmals erlebt, dass das Toilettenpapier in beiden Toiletten ausgegangen war. Ich hatte den Service darauf aufmerksam gemacht, aber nach 2 Stunden passierte dort immer noch nichts. Bevor ich ging hatte eine andere Dame das gleiche Problem und Ihr wurde eine durchteilte Küchenrolle als Toilettenpapier in die Hand gedrückt.

Nur ein paar Tage später das gleiche Problem. Ich wies das Personal erneut darauf hin, dass es kein Toilettenpapier gibt und das bereits schon eine große Küchenrolle auf dem Boden stand.

Eine Stunde später, lag eine leere und volle Küchenrolle auf dem Boden. Andere Damen schüttelten auch nur den Kopf. Es ist wirklich sehr unangenehm. Ich blieb ca. 4 Stunden in dem Coworking Space... Die Toiletten sahen inzwischen unansehbar aus. Küchenrollen-Papier lag überall und BEIDE Toiletten waren damit verstopft. ABER immerhin wurde nun EINE richtige Toilettenrolle hingestellt. Mir scheint generell, dass auf den Damentoiletten nicht regelmäßig sauber gemacht wird.

Die Sauberkeit lässt manchmal sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich war einen Samstag gegen 9 Uhr im Coffee Fellows... und ein große Kaffee-Pfütze war auf einem Tisch und unter dem Tisch. Diese Pfütze trocknet bis 12 Uhr vor sich hin... und wurde bis zu meinem Verlassen nicht weggewischt. Ausserdem lagen in den Sofas Papierzettel herum.

Sehr sehr schade, dass es dort soviel Nachlässigkeit gibt, da ich den Ort eigentlich mag.

Morgens sind die Mitarbeiter (wohl auch der Chef) sehr sehr wortkarg, es kommt kaum ein Guten Morgen zurück. Generell wirken die Mitarbeiter dort wenig motiviert. Kenne ich von anderen Unternehmen anders., daher bin ich nun dort.
